Bonkowski geologists have conducted field and site investigations at various hazardous waste sites including CERCLA (Superfund), NPL, and RCRA Part A and Part B facilities. We have prepared RI/FS studies for private and public sector clients, and the courts as a designated project manager. Our engineers are directly familiar with Sampling and Analysis Plans (SAPS), Remedial Action Plans (RAPS), Record of Decisions (RODS), Permanent Injunction Removal Actions, Solid Waste Assessment Testing (SWAT), and Solid Waste Air Quality Assessment Testing (SWAQAT). Bonkowski professionals have been involved with NPDES Permitting, Closure Requests, Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Plans. Bonkowski has been involved with sampling soils and groundwater at landfills, mining sites, military sites, industrial and commercial waste sites, underground and aboveground storage tanks sites, and bulk petrochemical manufacturing facilities and refineries.
In addition, Bonkowski offers a detailed working knowledge of federal state, and local regulations including RCRA, CERCLA, US EPA Safe Drinking Water, Wetlands Protection, and Community Right to Know Publications. Our professionals interact extensively with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies, such as California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Department of Toxic Substances Control, and County Health Departments. All Bonkowski personnel have received hazardous waste site training required under 29 CFR 1910.120, and the company can work in Level A to D environments.
